Need to Modify or Cancel Your Reservation?
You will be able to modify or cancel your reservation directly through your confirmation email that is provided to you after making your reservation. This email will be sent from CustomerService@mytravel.support and you will need your ARN reservation number to access your reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Athletes Hospitality has a non-refundable cancellation fee (amount subject to change by event) for any reservation canceled after a specific date. This fee is to help us ensure the validity of each booking and is only applied when canceling after the specific cancellation date, which you can find in your reservation confirmation email.
Should you cancel your reservation before the specified cancellation date, you will receive a full refund, minus a $15 processing fee.
Please note, some hotels may have their own cancellation policies, which will be charged separately from any Athletes Hospitality cancellation fee.
Transferring Your Reservation to a Teammate or Parent?
Transferring your room reservation to another parent or person does not result in any Athletes Hospitality cancellation fees. To initiate the transfer, please contact AH at (914) 402-8070 or utilize the ‘Modify Reservation’ option in the confirmation email sent.

How do I make a reservation for an event?
In order to reserve an individual room, or a block of rooms, please take a look at the list of events above. Find your event and click the “Book Now” button. You will be directed to a page that displays all of our select properties for the event. Once you find the hotel that fits your needs, you will then have the option to either book an individual room, or hold a block.
Note: If you are planning to reserve an individual room, please check first with your team’s coach/director/travel coordinator, as they may be planning to reserve a group block for your entire team.
Understanding AH Cancellation Fees for Reservation Modifications
The Athletes Hospitality cancellation fee is ONLY for fully canceled reservations. If you add a night, take a night away, change dates, etc., you will not be charged a fee by us.
Note: Hotel change/cancellation policies are separate from ours. Please be sure to review the hotel’s cancellation policy at the time of booking, and check your Guest Receipt email for details on this policy post-booking.
What if there are no rooms left at the hotel I want?
Don’t worry, there might still be rooms available. Please give us a call at (914) 402-8070, and one of our team specialists will get in touch with the hotel directly. If we are unable to secure a room at your preferred hotel, an AH representative will coordinate with you in order to find the next best hotel option.
What is “Stay to Play” or a “Housing Requirement”?
The Stay to Play program requires athletes who participate in certain events that are designated by the tournament management as “Stay to Play” to book their hotel accommodations through the event’s contracted housing company in order for the athlete to participate in the competition.
By using AH, your team is able to establish room blocks — a certain amount of rooms that are put aside for your use only, thus ensuring athletes and parents have the first shot at making reservations at their desired hotel(s). Stay to Play also saves the team
