ABOUT AH

Meet Our Team:

NICHOLAS DANIELLO
Founder, President

Growing up in Westchester County, NY, athletics has always been a major part of Nicholas Daniello’s life.  From being a standout lacrosse player at John Jay High School and collegiately at Stevens Institute of Technology, to founding one of the nation’s top lacrosse clubs, Prime Time Lacrosse,  Daniello has always been immersed in the competitive youth and collegiate sports landscape.  As managing member of North American Lacrosse, he has built some of the region’s premier Fall and Spring lacrosse recruiting tournaments.

At Athletes Hospitality, Nicholas’ knowledge as an event operator brings a tremendous amount of value and expertise to our AH Teammates. He innately understands the individual needs of the players, coaches, event organizers and parents, as well as the youth sports housing industry as a whole.  With over 20 years on the playing field, Nick Daniello is the ideal captain of our Athletes Hospitality management team.

JONATHAN MARCUS
Founder, Chief Executive Officer

As a parent of young athletes traveling many times a year, Jon Marcus knew there had to be a way to make youth sports travel a better experience for families. The hospitality side of club athletics needed to be professionalized.

No stranger to athletics, Marcus was a multi-sport high school athlete at Lynbrook High School on Long Island. On the lacrosse field, he was a two-time high school All American goalie prior to accepting a scholarship to The Johns Hopkins University, where he went on to become a two-time NCAA All American and the school’s all-time leader in saves. He was recently inducted into the Long Island Chapter of the US Lacrosse Hall of Fame.

After graduating from JHU, Jon worked in the financial industry for 22 years, making 10+ year stops at SAC Capital and Bronson Point Management. Wanting to spend more time with his family, Jon left the financial industry in 2018 to focus on private investing and involving himself in youth athletics. He is an assistant coach for Staples High School, along with coaching his children’s local lacrosse club. Jon knows that attention to detail and passion for what you do is essential on the field and in business, and he is committed to bringing both elements to Athletes Hospitality.

JASON VOGEL
Partner, Chief Hospitality Officer

Following a successful collegiate hockey career at Cornell University, Jason Vogel shifted from the ice to the front office and embarked on a 26-year career in the professional sports industry. A graduate of Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration, Vogel brings a strong grasp of the hospitality industry as he quarterbacks the Travel, Housing and Service disciplines for AH.

After stints with the Detroit Red Wings and Philadelphia Flyers organizations, Vogel landed at “The World’s Most Famous Arena”, Madison Square Garden, where he oversaw all Sports Team Operations for the New York Rangers, Knicks, Liberty and Westchester Knicks. His relationships in the tourism field along with his knowledge within the sports world will drive Athletes Hospitality’s commitment to raising the travel experience for all our players, families and teams.
