Do you support “Stay to Play” event housing requirements?
Yes, we work with event organizers who require participating athletes to book their hotel accommodations through the event’s contracted housing company in order to participate in the event. This ensures the event traffic remains high in and around your facility, maximizing your revenue potential.
What are your event organizers’ venue requirements?
Given the wide variety of event organizers we work with, the venue requirements can differ greatly per organizer and per event. We’ll work with you to understand your full list of amenities and capabilities, and can connect you directly with organizers for further discussions and negotiations.
What kind of events do you work with?
We specialize in serving youth, amateur, and collegiate sporting events, with a particular focus on basketball, football, hockey, lacrosse, and soccer. We have a rich network of event organizers within these sports, and can work with you to determine which type of events would be the best fit for your venue.
When will we receive our revenue payout?
By working with Athletes Hospitality, you’ll earn extra event revenue based on the number of hotel bookings made by your event guests. This comes in the form of a rebate payment sent by the participating hotel(s) after the conclusion of the event. Hotel processing times can vary, but we typically receive and pass along the rebate payout within 2-3 weeks from the end of the event.
