How do I make a reservation for an event?
In order to reserve an individual room, or a block of rooms, please take a look at the list of events above. Find your event and click the “Book Now” button. You will be directed to a page that displays all of our select properties for the event. Once you find the hotel that fits your needs, you will then have the option to either book an individual room, or hold a block.
Note: If you are planning to reserve an individual room, please check with your team’s coach/director/travel coordinator first, as they may be planning to reserve a group block for your entire team.

What is your cancellation policy?
Athletes Hospitality always adheres to the cancellation policies set by our contracted hotels. We do not charge any cancellation fees on our reservations except for the $15 service fee.
If you cancel after the hotel’s specified deadline, you will be subject to their cancellation policy, which varies for each event and is detailed in your reservation confirmation email. This policy is in place to protect the hotel’s discounted rate and account for potential loss of income from last-minute cancellations.
However, if you cancel your reservation before the specified deadline, you will receive a full refund, with only a $15 processing fee deducted.
Where can I find the details of the cancellation policies?
Both the Athletes Hospitality cancellation policy (if applicable) and the hotel cancellation policy are listed on your Guest Receipt email.

What is “Stay to Play” or a “Housing Requirement”?
If your team is attending a “Stay to Play” event, the Tournament Operator is mandating that all participating athletes must book their hotel accommodations through the event’s contracted housing company in order for the athlete to participate in the competition. Failure to do so could result in sanctions, penalty fees and/or disqualification from the event.
The “Stay to Play” housing policy saves teams money and provides the best hotels. AH’s purchasing power allows us to contract the best hotels at the lowest rates for the tournament. With AH supporting your hotel search, your team is able to create room blocks ensuring athletes and parents have the first shot at making reservations at their desired hotel(s). For those teams or individuals who choose to disregard the “Stay to Play”, you are exposing yourself to penalties and costing yourself money.
What if there are no rooms left at the hotel I want?
Don’t worry, there might still be rooms available. Please give us a call at (914) 402-8070, and one of our Travel Specialists will get in touch with the hotel directly. If we are unable to secure a room at your preferred hotel, we will coordinate with you in order to find the next best hotel option.
How can I modify or cancel my reservation?
You will be able to modify or cancel your reservation directly through your confirmation email that is provided to you after making your reservation. This email will be sent from CustomerService@mytravel.support and you will need your ARN reservation number to access your reservation.

Am I charged a cancellation fee to modify my reservation?
The Athletes Hospitality cancellation fee is ONLY for fully canceled reservations. If you add a night, take a night away, change dates, etc., we will not charge you a fee.
Note: Hotel change/cancellation policies are separate from ours. Please be sure to review the hotel’s cancellation policy at the time of booking, and check your Guest Receipt email for details on this policy post-booking.

If I transfer my reservation to someone else, will I incur a cancellation fee?
If you transfer your reservation, there are no transfer or cancellation fees. To transfer the reservation, please call us at (914) 402-8070 or click “Modify reservation” in the confirmation email you received from CustomerService@mytravel.support.
